- Chocolate Mousse Torte: a dessert consisting of sugared egg yolks, imported chocolate and fresh whipped cream flavored with Meyer’s Dark Rum. The mousse is sandwiched between 2 layers of chocolate sponge cake. The torte is then covered with semi-sweet chocolate ganache.
